Implemented Halos + field for CIB and Kappa, slices of delta z = 0.2

If we take a look at the maps : 2 deg side Zmin = 1.4 1deg un-len zmin1.4 nosmth.png

Zmin = 3.4 1deg un-len zmin3.4 nosmth.png

The points on the 1.4 slice are halos.
