In this post, I have four plots showing the ratios [math]\displaystyle{ \frac{C_{\ell}^{\text{mass cut}}}{C_{\ell}^{\text{total}}} }[/math] for selected shells, with "total" being the kappa generated with the whole catalog (no mass cut). While the ratio decreases noticeably at low [math]\displaystyle{ \ell }[/math] as higher mass halos are left out, this effect is more subtle for [math]\displaystyle{ 1000 \lt \ell \lt 5000 }[/math]. In other words, the contribution of lower mass halos ([math]\displaystyle{ 10^{13} M_{\odot} }[/math]) is large at low and very high [math]\displaystyle{ \ell }[/math], while it is significantly smaller at mid to high [math]\displaystyle{ \ell }[/math].

(redshift 0.973 -> 3200Mpcs comoving distance or shell 8, redshift 2.029 -> 5200Mpcs comoving distance or shell 13, redshift 2.975 -> 6400Mpcs comoving distance or shell 16, redshift 3.895 -> 7200Mpcs comoving distance or shell 18)
